Vacuum lifters are available in a variety of styles specially designed for material handling applications. Hand-held models are most often used for applications where dimensions and weight are conducive to one- or two-person handling. Below-the-hook lifters are employed when lifting larger materials into multi-level buildings, loading and unloading fabrication equipment, or when manpower availability dictates single-person operations. Vacuum lifters attach to the face of the material, leaving the edges free for installation or loading onto processing machinery.

Spreader beams consist of a rigid beam that hangs from a crane hook and is fitted with a number of lifting slings at different points along its length.  Spreader beams are used in many applications such as lifting reinforced concrete piles or large sheets of glass and are available in a wide range of standard models.  Low, medium and high headroom configurations, with fixed or adjustable hook positions and various lifting capacities are offered.  

Pallet lifter units are available in capacities from ½ ton to 15 ton, adjustable or counterweighted and with fixed or adjustable forks.  Precision Crane is able to supply a wide range of pallet lifter models in both standard and custom designs.

A Jib Crane is a type of crane where a horizontal boom supporting a moveable hoist is fixed to a wall or to a floor-mounted pillar.  The jib may be fixed or swing through an arc to give additional lateral movement of up to 360°.  We also provide radial or axial rotation and manual or power driven jibs!  Articulated booms are well suited for confined workspaces.  Wall traveling jib cranes are also available.  Reduce labour costs and avoid time lost on waiting for an overhead crane or a lift truck.
